This service fee is required for all orders, no matter how little or large they are. Every product can only be delivered, set-up and diassembled by us.

This fee includes everything associated with loading the floral arrangements onto the van, van rental fees, driving to the venue, setting up the florals, doing on-site flower work + adjustment to make sure they are perfect, informing the venue of our role and completion of set-up, arriving at 10pm (or later) to tear down the arrangements in full.

This fee includes the delivery/set-up of your WHOLE order; it is a one-time delivery fee to have everything delivered and set-up within 50km of our warehouse (M9N 2J0). 10pm tear down, with later teardown times available for a fee.

Pickups past 10PM will incur a separate fee.  

11pm pick-up = +$100

12am pick-up = +$200

The delivery cost for orders outside of 50 km is typically an additional $1.5 for every additional km past 50km. Any pickup requests for past 10PM are subject to a late night pickup fee.
