Welcome to Lilies of the North. By placing an order or renting our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We take pride in creating custom linen signage and offering exquisite giant floral rentals, and these guidelines ensure every experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Orders & Personalization

All linen signage is custom-made to your specifications. Please review your personalization details carefully before confirming your order.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled without our written agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping: Complimentary for all linen signage orders within our service area. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after production is complete.
Express Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost, calculated individually for each order.
All items are carefully packaged, but we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

Rentals – Giant Floral Arrangements

Rental bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
In case of damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.
For outdoor events, silk floral decorations must be protected from rain and strong winds. If poor weather is expected, flowers must be moved indoors.
If flowers are damaged due to weather exposure, the client will be responsible for associated costs.

Care & Handling

Decorations may not be moved, disassembled, or altered by the client, except in emergency weather conditions.
All rental items are inspected before and after each event to ensure quality.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for custom-made linen signage.
Rental deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if agreed upon in advance.

Liability

Lilies of the North is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the use of our products.
Clients assume responsibility for ensuring safe and appropriate use of all rented or purchased items.
